Tulip Prison—a notorious facility housing the most dangerous criminals from across Japan, all deemed beyond redemption. Known as the “phantom precinct” of the justice system, it sits on an isolated island, surrounded by the vast expanse of the open sea, its escape routes non-existent. Shuichiro Minato, a young man from Tokyo, found himself arrested on a cold winter night, his offense being a public nuisance amidst the glowing Christmas lights.
In court, Shuichiro defended his actions, claiming they were an expression of his art—his self-expression. But no one understood. The verdict? Ten years of penal servitude for his disruptive behavior and resisting arrest. Worse still, he was deemed irredeemable and sent to Tulip Prison. Inside this modern-day hellhole, filled with monsters disguised as men, can one determined outcast survive?
One thing’s for certain: This is no paradise.
