This edition tells the story of Setsuna, a young woman with remarkable inner strength who must make a sacrifice to save her people. On the island where she resides, there is a tradition of offering a sacrifice to a fiend every decade to maintain peace. However, one year, the fiend becomes violent before the scheduled sacrifice. In an attempt to appease the fiend, the islanders choose Setsuna, known for her enchanting abilities, as the sacrifice. Setsuna embarks on a journey with her protectors to a distant land where the sacrificial ceremony will take place.
