In response to the limited capacity of prisons, the Government has implemented a new approach known as the “Island” system. Under this system, prisoners are sent to an isolated island where they must engage in combat and endure in order to secure their release after a designated period of time. To intensify the challenge, the government periodically provides airdrops containing weapons and supplies, encouraging the inmates to compete for these resources. This arrangement allows the government to assess and evaluate new weapons and technologies.
