This pixelated action game is set in a unique universe where the protagonist embarks on a solo rescue mission aboard a spaceship, saving inhabitants and engaging in battles with monsters. Character illustrations depict changes during pregnancy, with the belly gradually expanding over time. Alongside facial expressions influenced by enemy attacks, pregnancy, egg laying, and swollen bellies due to internal parasites, certain monsters also undergo physical transformations, offering a variety of visual alterations. These bodily changes impact the status screen, allowing players to monitor shifts in breasts, uterus, and intestines (anus). Enemy restraint attacks are depicted through pixel animations, featuring two variations: normal and large breasts for players to enjoy both states.
