OASIS: Tokyo is a first-person shooter (FPS) game that places a strong emphasis on inventory management and incorporates roguelite elements. Immerse yourself in an alternate history near-future Japan, where you will engage in contract missions for influential mega-corporations and underworld clients. Your primary objective is to uncover the whereabouts of the legendary Oasis, a hidden location rumored to exist within the country. Each mission is procedurally generated, featuring randomly selected objectives, locations, and enemies. Prepare to confront local gangs, hired private military contractors (PMCs), corporate security forces, and more as you tackle six different types of objectives, including retrieving sensitive information, defusing EMPs, and eliminating specific targets on behalf of your clients. These missions will take place across six distinct environments. It’s important to note that if your character dies during a mission, you will lose the gear and items you brought in and collected, but your cyberware and other character aspects will persist.
