Fight or Flee: Not every monster needs to be vanquished. Choose your battles wisely—some encounters are best avoided entirely. Survival is as much about strategy as it is about strength.
Multiple Perspectives: You’re not alone in The Gloom. The story unfolds through multiple characters, each with their own perspective and fully voiced narrative, weaving a complex, haunting tapestry of fear and mystery.
You’ll step into the shoes of Roman (voiced by Togo Igawa), a troubled train conductor who wakes in a surreal, nightmarish dimension following a panic attack. Surrounded by twisted architecture and terrifying abominations, Roman must choose whether to fight with whatever weapons he finds—or to survive through avoidance and wit.
Built in Unreal Engine 5, Post Trauma merges beautifully unsettling visuals with old-school mechanics to deliver an experience that feels familiar yet deeply unnerving. But be warned: just when you think you’ve figured things out, the world changes—and the real nightmare begins.

- Once the transfer is finished, right click on the .zip (or .rar & .iso) file and click ‘Extract to Post Trauma’. To extract files use 7-Zip, which you can get from softwares.
