Forget what you thought you knew about mascots. These aren’t just cuddly symbols—they’re emotional time bombs with hopes, fears, and deeply strange habits. There’s Trororo, the charming cat with an unhealthy obsession with adult videos, and To-Fu, a delicate bean curd spirit who cries. Constantly. Your mission? Be a mentor, a therapist, and sometimes a firefighter—just try to get them through a workday without setting something (or someone) on fire.
Sending mascots out on jobs sounds simple—until they wedge themselves in doorways, start food fights, or accidentally trigger local scandals. Luckily, the city of Kaso-Machi is full of eccentric everyday heroes who can bail you out—if you’ve earned their trust.
Collect Hero Cards and call on local legends like Captain Sign, Japan’s only road-sign-themed superhero (seriously, don’t ask), or Mama-San, the bar-owning matriarch with a latex wardrobe and a heart of gold. When things go off the rails—and they will—these oddball allies might just save the day.
