While adept marksmanship is crucial, impeding the onslaught of adversaries necessitates the deployment of traps and turrets. In dire circumstances, leveraging environmental hazards can impede their progress; a well-timed shot may expel aliens into the vacuum of space, while sealing a blast door can provide a momentary respite to establish new defenses. If your SENTRY succumbs in combat, demise is not final. The SENTRY Defense Program will revive another crew member from stasis, prepared to resume the battle. Even in the event of failing to safeguard a sector, defeat alters the strategic landscape within the Ship Game Overview, prompting you to make fresh decisions regarding your next defensive stance. As long as a SENTRY remains operational and the Core is intact, your combat prowess ensures that victory can be snatched from the brink of defeat.
