As Hyoki, players navigate the turbulent underbelly of the city, uncovering allies among rare individuals known as Rarities, infiltrating criminal networks, and engaging in visceral combat fueled by the power of blood. Hyoki possesses a unique ability—he can inhabit and control human bodies, using them as vessels to bypass barriers, impersonate targets, and infiltrate hostile territory. By rapidly switching hosts, he can also traverse the urban labyrinth with supernatural speed.
Amid the chaos, a deeper mystery unfolds—one tied to the origins of the Slitterheads and the truth behind Hyoki’s existence. What is he? Why is he here? And what will it cost to end the nightmare crawling through Kowlong’s streets?
