“It Was a Human” is a concise science fiction-themed psychedelic interrogation game that centers on questioning a suspect in a dismemberment murder investigation. The narrative unfolds with a murder incident at a hotel in Kase City, Saga Prefecture, where two unidentified men were found deceased.

The presumed causes of death were traumatic shock from blunt force trauma and asphyxiation. At the crime scene, Okoze Isana, a woman holding a coping saw, is suspected to be the perpetrator of the dismemberment crime. The game’s protagonist, a military lieutenant colonel, is assigned the task of interrogating Okoze Isana to uncover the motives behind the murders and the methods used in the crime.

Throughout the interrogation, Okoze Isana may attempt to manipulate the protagonist with charming words or flirtatious gestures, despite being portrayed as a villain and criminal. The primary objective of the game is to ultimately condemn Okoze Isana for her alleged crimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
