Cursed Crew is a crew management roguelite game where you assume the role of a captain navigating the unpredictable seas. Your duties include issuing commands, overseeing the ship’s resources, ensuring the well-being of your crew, engaging in battles with pirates and creatures, and taking charge during chaotic situations. However, you and your crew are under a curse, condemned to sail endlessly unless you can discover a means to break free. A successful ship operation requires both a capable captain and a competent crew. In your capacity as the captain, you lead your crew, provision the ship with essential supplies and food to maintain their happiness and health, manage treasure acquisition and expenditure, chart the ship’s course, and select narrative events that can result in battles, treasure hunts, or uncovering secrets.

Your crew members carry out various tasks autonomously or as directed: they navigate the ship, construct and repair, engage in fishing, and prepare meals. During combat, they extinguish fires, transport supplies, load and operate cannons, and defend the ship against adversaries and creatures. The morale of your crew is crucial, as positive occurrences such as successful battles, adequate rest, and satisfying meals and beverages elevate their spirits, while negative events like defeats, loss of crew members, lack of sleep, and hunger diminish morale. A disgruntled crew member poses a challenge, potentially disregarding orders, exhibiting destructive behavior, losing motivation to work, or inciting mutiny against you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
