Darkwater is a cooperative extraction horror game designed for 1-4 players. Assume control of a personalized submarine and navigate the chilling depths of an alien moon to survive. Whether playing solo or assembling a submariner crew, up to 4 players can band together to confront deep-sea threats. Engage in naval warfare against enemy submarines and dock at abandoned outposts to scavenge for essential supplies. A catastrophic disease has ravaged an alien world, prompting the government to freeze the ocean’s surface.
Trapped beneath the ice, you must source fuel and journey between outposts in a desperate struggle for survival. Uncover fragments of information that hint at a larger truth and meticulously plan each move to combat the unyielding challenges of a perilous environment. Resources are limited, requiring you to explore decaying underwater facilities on foot and extract valuable resources while being wary of lurking dangers. Confront a range of unpredictable foes, from infected divers to deep-sea creatures like angler fish and alien crabs.
Arm yourself with an array of weapons such as sledgehammers, blow torches, pistols, and shotguns to even the odds. Cooperation is essential as you and your team must secure fuel canisters vital for survival and work together to overcome the obstacles that stand in your way. Days Gone Broken Road
